- Training Operations Programs Administrator Operations
- Execution Timely completion of assigned tasks
- Generation of accurate report within timelines
- Responsible for logistics related to the sales training
- Prepare training environment for simulations and certification, consolidate the training evaluation, apply certification rubric to scoring of agent final assessment
- Support in the delivery of training content and materials
- Manage physical materials required for the training sessions, coordinate with vendors for the materials
- Manage the official training platform, build test data and schedule learners for simulations and certifications
- Responsible to manage training materials through the official tool.
- Supervision and support readily available from next line manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $25.50 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Medical sales: 3 years (Preferred)
- Business coaching: 3 years (Preferred)
