Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Workplace Technology in the Enterprise IT department at Deepwatch, the Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day operations in Deepwatch's Salesforce environment. You will act as the point person for supporting Deepwatch's Salesforce environment. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our Senior Salesforce Administrator on projects to enhance and optimize Deepwatch's use of Salesforce.

This position will enable a highly motivated individual to extend your own skill set through working alongside a skilled Salesforce professional to design and implement novel solutions to Deepwatch's Salesforce needs. You will also be part of a larger team of best-in-class IT professionals, opening the opportunity to learn about other industry-standard platforms from experts.

In this role you'll get to:

• Work together with an experienced senior Salesforce administrator to design, develop, test, and implement high quality business solutions for the Salesforce platform.
• Manage and support the daily operations of Deepwatch's Salesforce instance.
• Collaborate on the design of live training and training documentation for new users.
• Support and contribute to a collaborative environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation, and learning.

To be successful in this role you'll need to:

• Have a solid foundation of Salesforce Sales Cloud skills and demonstrated industry experience using it.
• Demonstrate understanding of one or more additional Salesforce or third-party tools, including CPQ, Advanced Approvals, Partner Community, Conga Composer, and/or Docusign.
• Have a strong understanding of Salesforce object architecture and relationships.
• Be a Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator
• Have familiarity with building reports & report types, performing and manipulating data loads,creating fields, and editing layouts.
• Possess skills to interpret and write complex formulas.

Statutory Pay Disclosure:

For applicants in NYC, CO, CA, RI, and WA, the salary range for this role is $88,000 to $132,000 + stock options + benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
