Love working with Salesforce? We’re looking for a Salesforce Admin to join our top-notch Sales & Marketing Technology team of administrators, analysts, and engineers.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting our org of thousands of Salesforce users by scaling and improving Yelp's CRM system, as well as leveraging your experience and deep knowledge of Salesforce to design standard and creative solutions focused on Yelp’s enterprise and mid-market acquisition teams. Where You Come In:
- Provide strong problem solving, technical, and teamwork skills to effectively design quality, scalable solutions alongside SFDC Business Systems Analysts and Engineers that satisfy stakeholder requirements.
- Participate in the testing and deployment of day-to-day and project-based configuration changes.
- Lead end user day-to-day support and a high volume of requests that require careful scrutiny and emotional intelligence.
- Utilize Release Management processes to implement new applications and update existing ones.
- Review requests and troubleshoot issues to understand technical deficiencies in the product, define root causes, and implement proactive resolution designs and solutions.
- Develop a deep knowledge of Yelp’s business, processes, and technologies to proactively seek out inefficiencies and work cross-functionally to take action against them.
What It Takes to Succeed:
- Significant Salesforce.com administration experience and proven knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Force.com platforms.
- Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, and Pardot is a plus.
- Experience designing, configuring, and executing in a highly collaborative agile environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, identify trends, and manage an escalation process including status updates to management and internal customers.
- Experience working in a heavily customized Salesforce environment.
