Modernizing Medicine is hiring a Salesforce Business/System Analyst to work in our Boca Raton, FL HQ in a hybrid schedule three days onsite. The role of the Salesforce Business/System Analyst is a key member of the Digital Experience team and is responsible for understanding, documenting, and mapping business processes to aligned Salesforce solutions. The Salesforce Business/Systems Analyst will perform gap analysis on pre-built systems to determine where additional build out can optimize processes.

The Role:

• Document system processes, configurations and changes
• Provide analysis for system design and redesign
• Identify business needs, elicit specifications and requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders and members of the Digital Experience team to develop innovative solutions
• Prepare functional documents and requirements, review with the stakeholders and obtain sign off
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing, including creating Test Scripts and Training Manuals
• Work directly with and serve as the liaison between business teams, technology teams and support teams
• Handle Level 1 Salesforce Support cases when necessary
• Assist in quality assurance and provide significant contributions in the testing and debugging of solutions

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred not required
• Ability to focus on details to create a reliable and accurate work product
• Experience establishing, documenting and maintaining procedures and processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required + one additional Salesforce Certification of any kind
• Experience working in iterative agile environment
• Knowledge of triaging bug and enhancement tickets and helping to diagnose system problems
• Ability to QA Salesforce Solutions
• Understand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to releases.
• 2 years of Salesforce Business Analyst
• This role will require you to work in our office onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and remote on Monday and Friday.
