Summary
The Salesforce CRM Administrator leads the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com deployment. Improves processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform. Manages all CRM configuration, maintains existing features/ products, partners with stakeholders to design and implement new G3 Sales initiatives, provides user support and training, and drives quality improvement processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator, and part Salesforce analyst.

- System Management:
- Serves as the primary systems administrator for the Salesforce.com environment.
- Works with the entire organization as a champion of the Salesforce system.
- Leads all operational aspects of the CRM system- user account maintenance, workflow, reports and dashboards, and other routine tasks.
- Maintains a library of process documentation designed to support the system’s users.
- Assists in training of new users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
- Investigates reported defects and implements solutions to ensure the integrity of the system.
- Creates unit test plans and test scripts.
- Data Governance:
- Establishes data governance processes and metrics to improve data hygiene.
- Makes recommendations to optimize information flow and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manages and executes data cleansing projects to ensure CRM provides accurate and actionable data.
- Works with IT to manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations.
- Sets up security parameters and undertake audits as required.
- Analytics:
- Creates reports and dashboards that drive actionable insights.
- Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Coordinates the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
- Creates, maintains, and improves automated workflows.
- Trains staff to ensure familiarity with any revisions of the software.
- Identifies opportunities to improve CRM processes and data structures.
- Assesses various options for optimizing and customizing the system to help the system grow and evolve.
- Project Management:
- Manages projects to rollout new functionality.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s plus 4 years of Project management, finance, IT, marketing, or sales experience to include 2 years of Salesforce Administrator experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of Project management, finance, IT, marketing, or sales experience to include 2 years of Salesforce Administrator experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Salesforce.com Admin certified.
- Understanding of Einstein Analytics.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.
- Excellent project management skills and experience using Jama or another project management systems.
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.
- Proven customer service orientation combined with the ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work with people of varying technical skills.
- Creativity, initiative, excitement about the possibilities of the CRM.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s plus 6 years of Project management, finance, IT, marketing, or sales experience with increasing levels of responsibility to include 4 years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
- Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist certifications preferred.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems is a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing industry is desirable.

Compensation
- Hiring Hourly Rate: $38.03 - $47.05
- Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
