Nyman Turkish, a nationwide disability law firm with offices in California, Michigan, and Florida, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing Roseville, CA office. This position is responsible for administrating our client intake and case management software, Litify. Responsibilities and Qualifications Include:

• Serve as the primary system administrator for the Litify Salesforce environment with 80+ users

• Handle all essential administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks

• Manage all support requests and users’ administrative needs and provide training as necessary

• Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades

• Identify opportunities for application optimization, integration, redesign, or development

• Maintain security, including sharing rules and security levels

• Maintain system documentation and Salesforce policies and procedures

• Manage and document ongoing Salesforce customization and integration projects

• Make recommendations to management & clients regarding implementations as appropriate

• Be the subject matter expert on Salesforce

• Design, implement, and manage integrations between Salesforce and other products including but not limited to telephony.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience

• Salesforce certification required
