As the Salesforce Release Manager, you will be responsible for leading full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, Migrations, and support on various projects. You will have experience in using Source control systems (e.g., GitHub), release branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines for release management and deployment across environments. With knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, you will play a critical role in the planning, development, and execution of product roadmap.

This position is remote.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in Managed Package Implementations is a must
• Migrate changes and perform deployments from non-production to production environment using change sets, Force.com IDE, CI technologies like Salesforce DX or automated tools
• Co-ordinate resolution of merge conflicts, deployment errors and meet code coverage criteria
• Assist to debug and resolve issues and/or defects which may be encountered during various stages of development and delivery
• Experience with Salesforce App Exchange products
• Manage the support of Salesforce release processes and environments including sandboxes and scratch orgs.
• Manage proper tracking of released components in version control
• Support deployment planning activities
• Adhere to development lifecycle and release processes, to ensure all risk, security and development requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years managing complex Salesforce projects
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or Salesforce Administrator Certification required
• Proficiency with Force.com Platform and Salesforce Communities,
• Experience with CI/CD Tools, GIT source control, VS code IDEs, branching and merging strategies/resolving conflicts
• Scrum Alliance CSM or CSP certification or PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP)
• Strong professionalism, interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
• Lean, Kanban, or other Agile certification (preferred)

Education Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of on-the-job experience required.
