Yubico is looking for a highly motivated Individual to join our Operations team. We are a cross functional department, partnering with other teams to drive strategic and operational initiatives from a systems and process standpoint. We work closely with the product development team, engineering, supply chain, finance, sales and other Yubico teams globally across North America, EMEA, and APAC to ensure that we support our shared growth now and in the future.
The Operations team is the business owner of the business critical ecosystem consisting of our CRM system Salesforce and our ERP system NetSuite. These systems were recently integrated providing a two way seamless flow of order information. We work in close partnership with our Corporate Apps team who are the technical owners of these systems.
This role will be instrumental in managing the tools to enable our Sales and Channel team manage programs and achieve their targets through outstanding support to all internal stakeholders. This position will be responsible for maintaining the database and extending our Salesforce implementation to ensure we meet the needs of the organization. This position will also, together with the Sales Operations team, help support the business on an ongoing basis to ensure that the sales and reporting cycle is as efficient as possible.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Salesforce.com (SFDC) administration, collaborating with teams across the Americas, EMEA & APAC
- Partner with Sales on analytical & operational requests
- Maintain integrity of the Salesforce database, and ensure CRM updates for the opportunity pipeline management, account management, order fulfillment and POS reports
- Help the sales & support teams use technology effectively and efficiently
- Quickly understand internal processes and help identify/eliminate bottlenecks and inconsistencies
- Configure salesforce and create reports to meet operational requirements of the sales organization
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
- 3+ years of Sales Operations, Business Operations, and/or Finance experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC)
- Familiar with lead generation, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM data analysis
- Ability to create and run Salesforce reports to show performance, activity, data cleanliness, compliance, etc.
- Data driven mindset with passion for data hygiene, experience working with users to keep all aspects of data in the system current
- Ability to review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with actively interacting with and supporting the business, both ad hoc and through planned sessions/trainings
- Strong sense of customer focus, both internal and external
- Positive attitude with a cross-cultural savviness and flexibility to work closely with colleagues from all over the world
- Detailed oriented
- Growth mindset, focus on building to scale
- Preference to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to self-serve data
