The Team
Human Services Transformation
Our Human Services Transformation team works to help transform how our Government and Public Services clients deliver their services to customers across a variety of channels such as walk-in, mail-in, call center, and self-service applications.
We deliver large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies at the federal, state, and local government level enabling us to collaborate with clients who serve those most in need. Budget constraints paired with increased demand for human services have challenged our clients to find efficiencies, do "more with less," and rethink the way they deliver services.

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- Support for client methodology, process, and related procedures.
- Responsible for supporting and leading project tasks.
- Identifies key drivers of a defined problem and proposes solutions.
- Lead the testing workstream, directing the day-to-day testing activities in coordination with the scrum team and client
- Design and develop test plans and test cases
- Track traceability from user stories to test cases
- Identify test data requirements and complete test data setup as needed for test execution
- Execute test cases and record progress and results in Azure DevOps
- Log defects and work with functional and technical team as required to resolve defects
- Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., standups, demos) to provide progress reports on test efforts and resolve blockers with agile team
- Support the completion of required test deliverables
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and features Regression Testing
- Provide test reports for established periodic project tracking meetings and on adhoc basis.
- Support Quality Assurance process and procedures to build a high-quality application.
- Test application compliance with client security requirements and identify gaps.
- Deliver Enterprise Lifecycle documentation as needed per the project schedule.
- Train client staff in test scripts, continuous integration or other work areas that contractor has performed, as needed.

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent working experience
- At least 7 years of experience in functional, integration, and/or data migration testing, at least 2 of which were spent leading a testing workstream and other testers
- Ability to create the Test Plan deliverable, including the approach and standards the testing team will follow throughout the project
- Experience in utilizing Azure DevOps to track testing (i.e., test suites, test cases) and defect management activities
- Familiarity with testing Salesforce-based applications
- Experience operating in agile or scrum environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven knowledge of the SDLC methodology, process and related procedures
- Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must live a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following USDC locations: Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Gilbert, AZ
