Job description

As a Guest Coordinator, you will be required to work with customers booking appointments, check in appointments and check out appointments, be a customer service liaison, manage timing of appointments, know retail products and what is best for each customer.

You must be a motivated, hard worker. You must have basic computer skills and good phone etiquette. You must be professional in the work place and dress accordingly. You must at all times take care of the customer's needs. You must work well with others and keep personal problems outside of the workplace. Must be willing to receive and inventory products and have a working knowledge of how the salon works and the products we sell. Must be willing to keep salon area clean.

We are a fun, friendly work environment that at times can be chaotic and we would like someone who is an upbeat person who enjoys working with people and enjoys being busy.

We typically have two shifts of workers. One who opens at 8:00am and works until 5:00pm and one that starts at 10:00am and works until we close in the evening. Our closing times vary throughout the week.

Level of pay may vary based on whether employee is full or part time.

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
