Job Description:

· SAP HR ABAP Consultant is accountable for development and ongoing maintenance/enhancements of business systems.

· Ability to analyze business requirements, review existing systems, define the solution, and translate that into detailed programming designs.

· Ability to take detailed programming designs and perform the development required to translate them into efficient and accurate code.

· Capable of effectively communicating with internal and external customers possessing various levels of technical knowledge. Ability to determine the underlying issue when presented with sometimes ambiguous and/or contradictory information; demonstrate good listening skills.

· Ability to quickly solve/determine problems working with technical/non-technical groups in areas that may not be primary area of expertise.

Technical Responsibilities:

· A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required.

· Strong understanding of SAP HR Payroll and Time modules required and should be able to translate functional requirements into technical specifications clearly and accurately.

· Sound understanding and experience in object oriented design and programming required

· Strong skills in using ABAP proxy’s, Enhancements, RFC’s (Remote Function Call), Data Dictionary, Dialog Programming, Classical and Interactive Reporting, ALV, Interfaces/Conversions, Smart forms & EDI.

· Strong knowledge on Info types, LDB, HR Function Modules, BAPI's, Debugging HR programs, Create PA Info Types, Creating Objects PP01, Understanding of InfotypePA0007/ PA0050/PA2011/PA0416

· Experience integrating SAP systems with external systems through PI required.

· Experience in Webdyn Pro for ABAP.

· Knowledge of RF programming is preferred

· Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment is required.

· Worked in Agile projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
