Job Description :

8+ Years of Relevant experience in SAP SD OTC/FICO testing is mandated.

SAP SD /OTC testing experience – Functional, Integration, Interface, System(E2E) Testing

•Configuration knowledge not mandatory

•Highly experienced in creation of test plans and test cases.

•Testing Expertise in SAP SD

oStrong in OTC business process o Contract Management ( Billing plans / pricing /Output determination, Revenue Recog)

o3rd party processes

oRush Order process

oService Order process / P.O Process.

oDelivery & Billing.

oPricing o Return Process

oEDI process

oIntegration testing –SAP MM -FI

•Support to automation team about SAP functionality

•Excellent communication skill with experience in client interactions

•Managing daily on-site operations such as head counts and employee check-ins.

•Conducting daily shift startup meetings with your crews.

•Ensuring employees are setup in the clocking system.

•Performing daily audits.

•Conduct regular meetings with the client to ensure strong communication including safety meetings.

•Developing and maintaining relationships with management and supervisors to resolve employee issues.

•Produce requested management reports for both client and Management of Epic personnel.

•Obtain detailed assignment information from the customer and utilize it to provide effective customer service and ensure orders are filled with quality placements
