SAP Warehouse Management Analyst

Sanderson have teamed up with a leading service provider within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector to recruit an SAP Warehouse Management Analyst.

The successful candidate will work in collaboration and continuous partnership with all relevant stakeholders to help support, innovate and transform the way in which the company uses SAP warehouse systems.

Responsibilities:

• Support and optimize the business in its daily operations
• Responsible for the functional design, implementation, maintain and optimizing the software
• Gathers business information and translates requirements/processes into IT Solutions
• Translating business requirements to functional design
• Develop, test, document, deliver and optimize SAP applications
• Provide functional or technical support for users of the application by monitoring the use of the application and help users to do their work in the most optimal way
• Demonstrate, provide training, and guide testing activities and transfer to community
• Liaise with other Application Specialists in case of cross application processes
• Liaise with software vendors / third party specialists / third party support, technical specialists, application support and business key users
• There may be an aspect of foreign travel associated with the role
• Flexibility to work shift patterns if required to support the business

Qualification, experience & skills required

• Degree in Business Administration, computer science or equivalent
• 2-3 years’ experience in project management/implementation would be ideal
• SAP WM-EWM knowledge and experience is a must
• Knowledge of warehousing specific business processes
• Experience with automated warehouses and WCS solutions a plus
• Understanding business processes and translation into IT architecture
• Knowledge or interest in Agile- and scrum-development methods as well as project management.
• Experience with and comfort working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
• Prior hands-on experience with S/4HANA is an advantage
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
