This is a fully remote & fun position!


Core Hours
: 11:00 am - 8 pm EST; Schedule can be somewhat flexible; "On Call" one weekend every six weeks, and one evening each week.

What You'll Do:

As the Scheduler, you will coordinate, manage, and confirm schedules for clients and caregivers, ensuring mutual goals are achieved. You will reach out to clients, prospect facilities, and caregivers to build relationships that will continue to maintain and grow the business.


Your Accountabilities in the Role:

  • Reaches out to clients and prospective clients proactively to discover and meet their staffing needs.
  • Creates, coordinates, manages, and confirms schedules with caregivers and clients to ensure both parties are satisfied.
  • Manages day to day scheduling changes and call-offs as they occur to creatively solve and create solutions to meet both parties needs.
  • Manages and maintains client and caregiver pipelines and relationships to better provide increased staffing opportunities.
  • Communicates internally with HR and Recruiting to effectively resolve issues that arise.
  • Maintains data in the system for clients and caregivers for up-to-date information for the internal team.


Position Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; will consider a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 0-1 years of scheduling, data management, or similar experience.
  • Certifications: NA
  • Functional Skills: Solid skills in researching, analyzing data, planning, prioritizing and follow-through; natural ability to problem-solve and provide timely resolutions; able to process information quickly; strong attention to detail.
  • Technology Skills: Advanced PC skills, with the ability to manage data; basic understanding of scheduling systems is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Advanced verbal and written communication skills; able to proactively call, text, or email facilities/caregivers to resolve urgent situations.
  • Leadership/ Behaviors: Strong customer focus with the ability to communicate in a respectful and diplomatic manner; self-starter that takes initiative to get things done. Good at relationship building, influencing, and collaborating with others. Able to learn quickly and work independently or within a team. Ability to be creative to figure out how to fill a schedule in a variety of ways.

Other Important Information:


Pay/Salary: Approximately $30,000 - $48,000 annual salary opportunity.

  • And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows!

Reports To: CEO

Core Hours: 11:00 am - 8 pm EST; Schedule can be somewhat flexible; "On Call" one weekend every six weeks, and one evening each week.

Typical Work Week: M-F; 40 - 45 hours a week on average.
