As a Scheduling Coordinator, you would be on a small team of three which is responsible for scheduling all activity and appointments for our Copier Installation Team, along with coordinating the implementation and logistics for all copy/print customers. What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate schedules of a small team to plan all deliveries, installations, and pick-ups for open copier/printer transactions.
- Complete dispatch calls and invites for all logistics pertaining to the Copier Installation Team.
- Manage internal processes in the progression of customer orders needing to be scheduled and communicate accordingly with various departments.
- Provide ongoing support for clients regarding scheduling progress.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years related customer service, planning, or logistics experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive software skills - Microsoft Office.
