Part time or per diem opportunity

Responsibilities

• Handles all telephone calls outside of regular office hours
• Accepts assignments from supervisor or designee in the form of an “evening report”
• Contacts individual outside of regular office hours for assignments and scheduling
• Coordinates clients’ requests for services made outside of regular hours
• Monitors and updates EMR accordingly
• Consults with Nurse or supervisor on – call for clinical and administrative issues
• Provides “on-call report” to the supervisor each morning

Position Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Experience in a scheduling position, preferable in private duty or home care.
• Has excellent communication skills
• Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision

Job Types: Part-time, PRN, Per diem

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
