The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for receiving incoming communications from our Client’s Permitting Team (Client). The Scheduling Coordinator works in partnership with the Production Manager and Lot Coordinators to proactivity organize the Production Teams for success to develop high quality construction documents within the timeframe agreed upon between the Client and Fieldstone.
With offices located in Metro Detroit and Tampa we have the flexibility of in-office employment as well as the option for remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive documentation requirements from Client.
- Enter Lot documentation into Fieldstone tracking systems.
- Assist the Lot Manager schedule incoming lots based on knowledge of the Lot Coordinators, CAD Technician’s abilities, and Client deadlines.
- Assist in determining if lot is an original lot or if the lot is a revision to an already submitted lot.
- Assist filing all third-party documents related to specific lots (i.e. truss drawings)
- Update received date on Fieldstone Tracking Systems after drawings have been received.
- Regularly communicate with Lot Manager on lot trends.
- Escalate any risks and concerns to the Production Manager.
Required Skills

- Experience with Deltek Vision, SQL, HTML and/or Autodesk software preferred.
Required Experience
- Education: High School Diploma
- 3 years minimum of Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
