Procare Therapy is currently seeking a School Psychologist for a contract position in Gurnee, IL for the 23/24 school year. The School Psychologist will be responsible for providing a range of psychological services to students, including assessment, intervention, consultation, and collaboration with teachers and other professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess student needs and strengths
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and other professionals to help meet the social-emotional and academic needs of students
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students as needed
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies for improving student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all services provided

Requirements:

• Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• State licensure in Illinois as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
