- As the transformation matures and grows, this role is expected to expand and include the Release Train Engineer role.
- 5 years scrum master experience in a scaled agile implementation supporting multiple, distributed teams
- SAFe certification, either at the team or agilest level, RTE certification preferred.
- Desire to become a Release Train Engineer and agile leader/evangelist
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification
- SAFe SPC – Certified SAFe Program Consultant
