The Scrum Master position is an opportunity to be part of a delivery team that is building the Commerce Hub platform. What you will do:
Provide Agile leadership to distributed Product development teams
Maintain and grow an environment that enables teams to embrace agile values, enact agile practices, continually assess and abide by agreements, and continually improve
Meet/exceed the needs of the teams’ customers
Use data to assess progress, areas needing improvement, increase predictability
Facilitate and manage communications to stakeholders, the broader project team, and program leaders
Maintain artifacts such as Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown Charts, documentation, etc.
Proactively identify potential obstacles and eliminate them for and with the teams through active solutions and quality assurance measures (moderation and mediation)
Cooperate and coordinate with Product Owners, agile teams, and other Scrum Masters
Serve as contact for all questions of agile software development and development of agile processes and team development
Protect and challenge the Scrum team in self-organization and taking responsibility to achieve the goals without losing sight of the Program goals
Prepare Sprint Status and Capacity Estimations reporting for the Development Team(s)
What you will need to have:
6+ years minimum of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master
Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Clarity, Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence)
Ability to successfully deliver to external clients
Ability to work independently and with minimal direction
Must have methodological knowledge regarding moderation, mediation, change management and team development as well as the ability of decision-making and fact-finding
What would be great to have:
Previous experience as a Developer, QA, PM, BA
Experience in digital commerce/payments
Building systems and making updates with system performance, stability and reliability in mind
