Job description

First Choice Sealing, is looking for quality Asphalt/Sealcoating Laborers for the season. Part-time or Full-time positions available. Great pay!

Duties and responsibilities:

· Preparing the work site: This involves clearing the area of debris and dirt, sweeping/blowing the surface, and filling any cracks or potholes in the asphalt.

· Applying sealant: The laborer applies the sealant to the surface using a sprayer or other tools, making sure to cover the surface evenly and avoid overlapping.

· Directing traffic: During the sealing process, the laborer may be responsible for directing traffic and ensuring the safety of workers and motorists in the area.

· Cleaning up: After the job is complete, the laborer is responsible for cleaning up the work site, including the equipment used.

Other duties as assigned: Depending on the specific needs of our clients, you may be asked to perform other tasks, such as assisting with paving, line striping, or other related work.

**First Choice Sealing prides itself in keeping a safe work environment, so PPE for all jobs is provided.

No prior experience with asphalt maintenance/construction is required, but we are looking for self-starting motivated people.

FCSealing is a drug and alcohol-free workplace. MUST have a valid driver's license.

Pay is up to $30/hr with tips on most jobs.
