The Palmetto Dunes Property Owners Association located on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina is looking for a full-time, seasonal Pass Office Clerk. This position will work 40 hours per week beginning mid April through mid-October. Hours will vary but would be approximately 8 hours/day between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm.

Under general supervision, the Pass Office Clerk provides assistance in the Pass Office. The primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer care while issuing vehicle passes, decals and barcodes to guests, homeowners and contractors.

What you will be doing:

· Greeting property owners, guests, and vendors

· Responsible for the collection of monies in the sale of passes

· Providing assistance to property owners and guests

· Offering outstanding customer service

· Rate of pay is $16.00/hour

Eligibility Requirements and Preferences

· The Pass Office Clerk must be at least 17 years old.

· A hospitality background would be desirable, but not necessary.

· Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not required.

· This position must be able to pass a criminal background investigation, pass a drug and alcohol test.

· PDPOA’s offices and worksites are smoke-free work environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 per hour
