Job description
We are a 24/7 call center that provides operator and virtual receptionist services to several well known hospitals and medical clinics in the Longwood Medical Area.
What do we do exactly:
- Answer the main lines of several hospitals and connect the caller to the requested staff member/department
- Page on call staff members and physicians
- Process emergency code calls ( i.e. code blue, code red etc.)
- Take messages for non urgent issues when the doctors offices are busy by following a script
- Manage on call schedules for medical practices by assigning staff to particular schedule
Shift: We have immediate openings on our 2nd shift. These are onsite shifts.
2nd shift - Between 2pm-11pm. This requires working every Saturday. You will have Sunday and another day off during the week
