Your Role:

Work in the Finishing and Packaging areas and perform duties as needed. This includes performing the washing, trovalization, laser engraving and anodizing processes. The equipment needs to be loaded and operated. After the process is complete the parts need to be inspected and counted. Work in the clean room and package finished product. This position requires strong attention to detail to ensure the quality of Straumann product.Job Responsibilities of this position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• 
  Operate washing, trovalization, laser engraver, anodizing and packaging machines
• Inspect parts as they are produced including microscope inspection.
• Make sure part finish quality is to requirements.
• Careful handling and counting of the parts.
• Follow procedures and complete documentation as needed.

Physical Attributes:

• General office environment and manufacturing environment.
• May be exposed to hazards associated with manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Moderate lifting.
• Utilize manual dexterity and ability to manipulate small objects.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ years of producing and inspecting small precision parts and/or assemblies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical device experience
• Experience with microscope work and inspection
• Excellent eyesight and visual acuity.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work with small high quality parts and recognize detail.
• Aptitude for high volume repetitive work.
