Dillard's at Flatiron Crossing is currently accepting applications for a part-time or full-time security camera operator. Responsibilities include monitoring for and recording shoplifting incidents and internal theft, initiating and recording security stops, and monitoring for and recording accidents. The camera operator is in direct contact with the security officer in order to direct the officer to different areas of the store once suspicious behavior is identified on camera. The camera operator does not act as security or make contact with customers but remains in the camera room to monitor the cameras.
