Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group, Inc. is seeking Security Shift Supervisor for its clients’ logistics and fulfillment centers.

• Provides on-site leadership for the security personnel assigned to the shift
• Acts as the principle contact for client management at the facility.
• Trains security staff and sustains awareness to site alarms and emergency response activities.
• Documents incidents and conditions causing risk and forward reports to Account Manager.
• The performance of all Metro One internal programs, policies and reporting.
• Establishing productive, collaborative relationships with client site management and Metro One management.
• Maintaining communication protocols that provide a productive client relationship.

Security Shift Supervisor Requirements:

• Supervisory experience for a uniformed security workforce.
• Security and safety related experience in a logistics or fulfillment center environment a plus.
• Supervisory experience in the security industry
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements.
