We are staffing several new positions and have multiple shifts available for Immediate Hire! Full time and part time positions available.

As a team member you will find a stable work environment which includes the following:

· First, Second & Third shifts available

Responsibilities

· Main Gate House for access control

· You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location

· You provide rapid response in critical situations

Security Officer Requirements:

· 18+ years of age

· High School Diploma or GED required

· No criminal history and willingness to participate in the company’s screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

· Valid driver's license or State ID

· Your own transportation Referral program

· Must be willing to work at the new Blue Oval project near Stanton, TN

Skills that will help you succeed as a team member at Phelps Security are excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
