Shifts:

• Shift 4 Nights: Sunday - Tuesday and every other Saturday 6PM - 6:30AM
• Shift 5 Day: Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6AM - 6:30PM
• Shift 6 Nights: Wednesday - Friday and every other Saturday 6PM - 6:30AM
• Shift 7 Day: Thursday - Saturday and every other Wednesday 6AM - 6:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Working in a complex equipment and analytical tools in an ESD environment. May need to wear ESD lab coat in some areas during work.
• Multi-tasked responsibilities may include failure analysis, implementing automation, tooling adjustments, minor preventative maintenance, troubleshooting state-of-the-art semiconductor processing equipment, non-standard processing and problem-solving.
• Performs on-site installation, start-up and repair of semiconductor processing equipment
• Maintains records and reports as required
• Coordinates activities with peers, supervisor(s) and customers to minimize equipment downtime and interruptions
• Orders, inventory and installation parts
• Responds to emergency service calls as required
• Instructs customer operating technicians on system operation
• Perform upgrades and modifications to equipment as needed
• Remain current on equipment/tools through appropriate training, manuals, factory periodicals, and other relevant materials
• Incumbents are responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and security of company property including vehicles, tools, etc.
• Employees must also maintain standards of conduct acceptable to both TEA and customers to maintain credentials for being on customer site(s)

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: Associates Degree with 2 years Semiconductor or Manufacturing Experience
• Preferred Education: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Science Field and no experience required
• Excellent customer interface skills is required
• Mechanical aptitude is required as well as an ability to use appropriate tools
