<p>We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting activities, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with all accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering accurate financial reports in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting * Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements * Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data * Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and recommend changes to accounting policies and procedures as needed * Coordinate and communicate with external auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process * Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff * Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed Qualifications: * CPA designation is a plus * Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles * Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting principles * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to serve as a business partner to other departments within the organization * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional development and advancement within our organization.
