Why do we open this position?

• We need a person, who would connect Finance with its closely connected departments within the company (E-commerce, Logistics, IT, Sales, and Marketing departments).
• As our company is constantly developing, our processes need to follow the changes connected to that.
• Your responsibility would be communication with other departments and setting the finance processes with them to help our company be even more effective and efficient.
• At the same time, we need you to understand accounting as that will be a crucial part of your role.

Examples of the processes we would like to implement:

• Support of data team with respect to the validity of financial data used in reporting and automatization processes
• Improvements in the current processes
• Expansion to other countries - all finance processes connected to that
• Being part of a project team implementing new processes (API technology, Direct shipment)

This is how we imagine you:

• Provable experience in accounting, and knowledge of Czech VAT
• A person, that knows how to collect data from others and look at them in the bigger picture
• The big plus will be if you have successfully implemented or improved processes in the field of finance OR were a key person from the Finance part
• You like everything about automatization, lean processes
• You always look for innovative solutions
• You are goal-oriented and you manage to deal with other parties at the same time
• You are not afraid to switch to accounting tasks in case the workload requires that
• You speak fluent English and Czech language

Key responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining our finance processes
• Close cooperation with Chief Accountant and CFO
• Close collaboration with Marketing, E-commerce, IT, and Logistics Departments
• Being the main communication person to other departments on behalf of the Finance team
