Overview:

Signalink, a rapidly growing small company, is currently seeking a Senior Radar Analyst to join the team as an integral member of a group of government, military, and contractor personnel that provide program, engineering, and technical support on a wide variety of projects.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Analyze radar signal data
• Issue root cause identification and resolution
• Algorithm development
• Presentations for technical briefings to leadership
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar degree field
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience
• Understanding of radar signal and data processing
• Experience with root cause analysis of strategic radar systems and interoperability
• MATLAB knowledge and experience
• LINUX knowledge and experience
• Ability to generate clear, concise, and intuitive presentation of results
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and reporting practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Final Secret clearance

Preferred Experience and Knowledge:

• PERL script knowledge and experience
• Familiarity with X-band radars
• Familiarity with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) pre- and post-test analysis activities and procedures
