**This role can be onsite in Maitland, FL, or be fully remote!

General Responsibilities:

Work as a liaison between agents, account management and the insurance carriers.

Manage the experience data collection and marketing process involved in obtaining carrier proposals.

Analyze coverage and cost options to select the best solutions for client presentation.

Negotiate final coverage terms and pricing.

Provide documentation and guidance to clients regarding medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and FSA programs, COBRA, Healthcare Reform, Federal and State Mandates, and other related employee benefit and compliance topics.

Remain current on industry trends, new product development and coverages.

Document account information into the internal management databases.

Requires travel for client/enrollment meetings or presentations.

Prepare customer renewal proposals while ensuring the use of internal required documents.

Prepare marketing analysis for new business development and client retention.

Review internal compliance and client disclosure requirements, summary plan documents (SPD’s) and employee communications to ensure alignment with client expectations and legal requirements.

Client specific projects as assigned including but not limited to implementation of a carrier transition, enrollment processing, billing reconciliation.

Conduct employee enrollment meetings.
Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in a similar role
-
Florida 2-15 Life & Health License
-
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education and experience)

Organizational, verbal and written communication skills

Strong human relations and professional skills
-
Proficient in MS Office suite of products, especially Excel
