**This role can be onsite in Maitland, FL, or be fully remote!

General Responsibilities:
  • Work as a liaison between agents, account management and the insurance carriers.
  • Manage the experience data collection and marketing process involved in obtaining carrier proposals.
  • Analyze coverage and cost options to select the best solutions for client presentation.
  • Negotiate final coverage terms and pricing.
  • Provide documentation and guidance to clients regarding medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and FSA programs, COBRA, Healthcare Reform, Federal and State Mandates, and other related employee benefit and compliance topics.
  • Remain current on industry trends, new product development and coverages.
  • Document account information into the internal management databases.
  • Requires travel for client/enrollment meetings or presentations.
  • Prepare customer renewal proposals while ensuring the use of internal required documents.
  • Prepare marketing analysis for new business development and client retention.
  • Review internal compliance and client disclosure requirements, summary plan documents (SPD’s) and employee communications to ensure alignment with client expectations and legal requirements.
  • Client specific projects as assigned including but not limited to implementation of a carrier transition, enrollment processing, billing reconciliation.
  • Conduct employee enrollment meetings.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Florida 2-15 Life & Health License
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education and experience)
  • Organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong human relations and professional skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of products, especially Excel
