We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and organized Billing Specialist who loves people and numbers. In this role, you will be part of our Finance team, working with our customers all around the globe to help achieve our financial goals. Willing to work from our Santa Clara office (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- Client Relations: Provide support, verify and fix discrepancies, resolve customer collection and billing issues
- Setting up new accounts and subscriptions in the billing system, processing upgrades, and downgrades
- Generate and review financial statements
- Process invoices, credit memos and refunds
- Provide quality assurance service for data entry
- Filling in vendor on-boarding forms
- Collaboration: Assisting Sales teams in closing the deals and onboarding the customers
- Working internally with other Cloudinary teams as needed and in a fast paced time-based environment, both independently and as a part of a team
- Build cadences to perform timely and to prioritize workload.
About You:
- 5+ years experience in billing and collection in SaaS companies required
- Proven success in providing measurable high standards in the level of service to internal and external customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - advantage
- Experience with Recurly, Netsuite, JIRA, and/or Zendesk - an advantage.
