Synapri are currently working with a large consulting business in the Republic of Ireland who require a Senior Change Manager to join the team on an initial 12-month contract. Our client are based in Dublin and will need people who could commute into the office when required.
This position will be acting as the Change Manager within a global finance transformation programme. The responsibilities of the role will be to lead the Change Workstream to define and deliver the Change Management plan for a large scale transformation, engaging with senior client stakeholders across the programme, reporting to the Programme Manager on a regular basis, communicating progress, risks / issues and ensuring the Change Management activities are fully integrated with the wider programme.
Experience required:
- Experience of programmes / projects with multiple workstreams and extensive process changes impacting users.
- Experienced in a variety of change / transformation programmes e.g. Finance transformation, ERP (SAP and Oracle) implementation, HRIS, CRM and Shared Services implementations.
- Experience in managing team (+5 years exp) Finance background, people side of change.
