The Tullamore Court Hotel is now recruiting for a Senior Chef de Partie to join the team. We are looking to recruit a team member who is passionate about the hospitality industry and the customer experience.
Tullamore Court Hotel is situated in the heart of the Irish countryside in Tullamore, County Offaly only 60 minutes from Dublin or Galway and 75 minutes from Limerick.

Main Duties
The Senior Chef de Partie will report to the Executive Head Chef and will assist in the day-to-day management of the kitchen. The main duties will include:
- To prepare and cook food for all food operations in the hotel.
- To compile with all HACCP procedures.
- To ensure the correct storage and labelling of food.To ensure that stock rotation is implemented and that the management of waste and cost control procedures are adhered to.
- To ensure the SOP’s for all dishes are implemented.
- To have responsibility for a section ensuring that there are high standards of hygiene and food quality.
