We are currently working with a new to market Global Asset Management firm who are looking to hire a Senior Client Relations Associate to join their team in Dublin. This role will involve servicing clients across mutiple geographic regions and a variety of client categories, from their direct segregated accounts to their wider distribution partners and intermediary clients, and generally supporting the wider client relations effort.
Role Duties Include:
- Acting as a generalist client service resource across multiple client channels and geographic regions
- Respond to and manage client requests in an accurate and timely manner, working efficiently with other teams as needed to reach resolution
- Working with the broader team, contribute to the dissemination of accurate and timely portfolio reporting and relation information about the firm and its investment capabilities
- Maintain client confidentiality and ensure all investor and prospect interactions are recorded in the CRM system in a timely manner
