Job description
- Provides treatment planning, direct counseling to children and families, and case management to children and their families with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
- Provides crisis intervention and support consistent with the scope and practice of an outpatient therapist to children and their families.
- Participates in consultation and coordination meetings to assure effective and efficient delivery of services clients and their families.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human services or related field
- LPC, LCSW, or license eligible (LMHP-E)
- Familiarity with trauma-informed, person-centered care
Preferred Qualifications
- Current LCSW or LPC certification
