Job Description

Position Summary:

You will help support a range of activities to lead the transformation of the product lifecycle management capabilities for some of the largest and most well-known companies and brands. The work is fast, demanding, and provides unparalleled exposure to unique opportunities. Our focus is on helping clients extract value from software solutions, not just on making the technology work.

You will work with stakeholders to lead the technical implementation of a full-scale data migration process, technical design, product development and the integration to adjacent functions within the landscape. The role of the technical consultant spans the project lifecycle including early assessment, implementation planning, solution technical design, solution confirmation & development, testing, and post go-live support. This is a fully remote position and you will report directly to the lead principal of the practice!

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will achieve a balance between meeting client obligations, supporting their needs, and being an ambassador for Kalypso.
  • You will guide the solution of complex business and technical problems
  • You will support the project delivery for complex programs by assisting with the allocation of tasks to team members and management of progress, tracking of team activities and reporting usage of effort, providing oversight and coaching to ensure project delivery remains within specified scope, on time and on budget
  • You will help design, development, and deployment of custom solutions using best practice tools and techniques applying skills in programming, networking, systems administration, and project management.
  • You will find solutions that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs, promote accountability, and optimize performance.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • You will need a bachelor's degree or relevant related years of experience
  • You will need to be willing to travel up to 20% of the year
  • You will need legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • We also ask that you have 3+ years of experience in design, configuration, and customization of Windchill software solution to incorporate new business processes
  • 3+ years of experience working with SQL and python (acceptable JAVA)
  • 3+ years of experience with LINUX/UNIX and Windows Server operating systems
  • Basic understanding and comprehension of relational data models and architectures
  • Knowledge of PTC Windchill software solution capabilities and packages such as Part/Document/BOM Management, SUMA, PartsLink, etc.
  • Experience with processing business requirements and business process definitions, application design/configuration and integrated testing activities
  • Knowledge of product launch, cycle time reduction, cross-functional application integration and collaborative innovation processes

The total target compensation for this position in California, Colorado, New York, & Washington is $
110,800 - $138,500 of which 87% is base and 13% is variable.
