We are looking to add to our MongoDB Employment Legal team. This position can be based in Dublin, Ireland or remotely in EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Provide counselling and support to our Employee Experience team, HR Business Partners and the overall business on employee contracts, terminations, performance management, investigations, accommodations, reorganisations, and other employment-related matters concentrating on EMEA based matters
• Collaborate with other lawyers on the legal team with respect to advice and counselling provided to HR and other cross-functional partners
• Stay up to date on labour and employment laws, regulations, and the legal implications of industry trends to develop and drive strategy
• Coordinate and manage employment related projects, including internal process reviews, new policy roll-outs and implementation, customer requirements and training programs
• Draft and edit employment-related documents, correspondence, agreements, processes and policies
• Manage legal risks and provide solutions for resolving employment disputes
• Manage and drive strategy on pre-litigation and litigation matters

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience PQE in Employment Law
• Employment litigation experience and experience coordinating and driving large-scale projects to completion
• Intelligent, passionate and driven
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Organised and self-directed
• Enjoy working hard in a fast-paced environment and overcoming challenges
• Great leadership and teamwork skills and willingness to take on new responsibilities
• Experience advancing projects in a multi-stakeholder environment and handling and prioritising multiple projects
