Job description
Our Client is an Irish based internationally recognised pan-European Developer & Contractor providing turnkey urban renewal & high-end residential solutions
They are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to oversee the complete fit-out of a 500 unit apartment complex
You must have previous experience working in the residential sector from structure completion through to handover
They have a similar sized project beside Dublin Airport in final stages of planning
Minimum 5 yrs workload just off the M50 Co Dublin
Experience in engaging with design teams specialist subcontractors for building apartments with practical working knowledge of the latest building regulations required
Reporting to Project Director
