Feminine care is one of the key strategic categories for Kimberly Clark Globally. The Senior Global Marketing Manager is a senior leadership role in the global organization, responsible for creating a portfolio vision and developing a 6-year innovation pipeline for the Kotex® absorbents business encompassing menstrual pads, liners and overnight solutions.

We are looking for a dynamic marketer with strong innovation and design thinking experience, the ability to deliver consumer centric, strategic, future facing innovation pipeline that can deliver strong net incremental and profitable growth.

The role also entails performance tracking of feminine care top projects, innovation tracking, and strong collaboration with region and country marketing around the world, R&E teams, supply chain teams, and GMRA team.

The candidate must have proven ability to bring together consumer and competitive insights, demand spaces and unmet needs, emerging trends and tailwinds, technology and claims to create a differentiated portfolio that has space for deaveraging as well as premiumization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of key innovation programs for brand(s).
  • Co-lead development of long-term innovation, concept and claim development for top projects in partnership with R&E and global/regional marketers
  • Leads the sector’s global Portfolio process in collaboration with regional teams to accelerate front end innovation and scaling priorities. Regular meetings include a quarterly review with the cross functional leadership team for alignment on priorities and focus, and a monthly meeting with the cross functional project teams to help drive focus and clarity on priorities.
  • Lead global innovation scorecard and pipeline update, integrating regional updates and identifying opportunities & gaps. Be a key liaison to help strengthen innovation pipeline.
  • Co-lead brand(s) commercial innovation priorities, elevating current concepts & claims.
  • Collaborate with regions to adopt-and-adapt femcare top innovation programs driving scale.
  • Partners with GMR&A/regions to lead quantitative assessment of innovation & concepts.
  • Support development of packaging innovation to holistic experience with innovation programs.
  • Prepare presentations to support regional innovation summits, global AFC leadership team meetings and quarterly/semi-annual AFC global team meetings

Basic Qualifications:

  • Masters or bachelor’s degree in marketing or business with 10 + years innovation and design thinking experience in CPG Company.
  • High familiarity with brand foundational tools (e.g. brand profile, brand architecture, segmentation, etc), consumer insights identification, innovation and ideation processes
  • Great mix developer and craftsman with clarity of ideas with demonstrated success in translating insights into concept and innovation development.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute compelling consumer centric innovation that drives growth
  • Ability to craft innovation strategy make it come to life with actionable plans & presentations
  • A demonstrated ability to navigate and perform in ambiguous circumstances
  • Proven ability to strategically influence without decision rights
  • Strong analytical, decision making, influence, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and complete projects within required timeframes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross functional teams to deliver strong innovation plans.
  • Entrepreneur can-do attitude to find ways to break down growth barriers.
  • Ability to drive impactful action and engage with/influence senior stakeholders
