Job description
We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Senior Business Development/Account Executive professional with experience selling HCM technology services. You will be responsible for generating and managing a portfolio of clients and working proactively to ensure client satisfaction/retention while continuously hunting and closing new business. The ideal candidate not only has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas, but also can lead manage and develop a sales function within a fast-growing organisation. We are looking for a candidate who wants a challenge but also is looking to rapidly excel their career in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed target plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying a lead to securing a deal
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Support lead generation through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Provide professional after care interactions to enhance customer experience
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Strategic Account Management
  • Leverage BDO network to drive sales
  • Standardise sales process utilising inhouse CRM (Dynamics365)
  • Support internal marketing team in development and promotion of sales collateral


Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of HRIS software (eg. Ceridian, Sage)
  • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Ability to work well across full organisation, from C-Suite to Administration
  • BSc or BA in Business Administration, sales or marketing
