Our client is a leader in supply chain management and logistic solutions and are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.

This candidate will be based in Santry Dublin 9 and will include some travel across Ireland including Shannon and Cork. About Your New Job

In this job you will be reporting to the UK and Ireland Chief People Officer (CPO) and will shape and develop a clear People Strategy for the organization. You will challenge and drive performance across the business ensuring the People and Organization function delivers a first class, customer centric and commercially focused HR partnering service.

You will be responsible for:

· In alignment with the CPO, manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including recruitment, employee relations, workforce administration, employee engagement, payroll, reward, and recognition

· Taking the lead in transforming and strengthening the organisational culture, ensuring that the company values and approach are displayed

· Provide a professional HR advisory service

· Lead the business through complex change management and organisational design initiatives including business acquisitions, TUPE transfers and restructures

· Manage, coach and develop the team of 9 HR, Payroll and Recruitment professionals, providing sound leadership to increase knowledge, share best practice and ensure all relevant professional standards are met.

What Skills You Need

· Proven experience within a Senior Hr Business Partner or Head of HR role

· Excellent knowledge of Irish Employment Law and HR best practise is essential. Knowledge of UK or other European employment legislation would also be advantageous

· Strong demonstrable experience of developing relationships with stakeholders across all levels

· Experience of developing relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation

What’s on Offer

· Salary between €70,000 - €75,000 DOE

Salary: €70,000.00-€75,000.00 per year
