What we require:

· Motivation and reliability!

· A professional image and solid organizational skills

· Experience with a strong desire to learn

· Minimum 5 years installing and servicing IP Surveillance Camera & NVR Solutions

· Solid skills in configuring and troubleshooting IP networks

· Excellence at working independently or as a member of a team

· Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

· Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematic drawings

· Occasional overnight travel

· Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and at elevated heights

· Capacity to work rotating on-call for emergencies

· Ability to carry up to 75 lbs

· High School Diploma or GED

· Strong skills working with both hand and power tools

· Valid IL Driver’s License and clean driving record

· IDFPR PERC Card or ability to obtain and maintain

· Ability to pass detailed background and drug screenings

Strongly Desired

· Associate degree

· Current IP surveillance certification from Axis Communications, Milestone Systems, Genetec, Avigilon, or similar

· Current physical access control certification from Keyscan, Assa Abloy, Open Options, Lenel, or similar

· Experience terminating fiber optic and twisted pair cabling
