Position Summary...
What you'll do...
The Divisional Maintenance Manager, Fleet Maintenance is a key leader on our fleet maintenance team that provides critical support to our Best in Class Supply Chain delivering freight to our more than 5,000 Walmart Stores. This exciting opportunity will lead a large region within our truck maintenance shop network and will work primarily with our drivers and operations teams to ensure their needs are met. This is a crucial role in our pursuit of world class maintenance that thinks strategically, leads and motivates a large team and supports the development of key leaders within each or our shops throughout the network of truck maintenance shops. This role plays an integral part in our company's success by ensuring our private fleet is well maintained and allowing our drivers to deliver essential goods to our customers in a safe and timely manner. The role can be remote based and reports to the Director of Fleet Maintenance.
