JOB SUMMARY – Senior Marketing Specialist
Based onsite in St. Petersburg, FL
Our Senior Marketing Specialist is a competent marketing professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics, with a goal to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.
IN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL:
- Lead the development and management of projects as assigned by the Supply Chain Marketing Leader
- Lead outbound and inbound marketing activities, including:
- Website content development and lead management
- Email marketing and advertising campaigns
- Social media campaigns
- Tradeshows and events
- Analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Liaise with external vendors and departments to execute promotional events and campaigns
- Collaborate with corporate marketing and other Jabil divisions to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Marketing, Communications or Business preferred
- 5+ years’ experience as a marketing specialist or similar role
- Demonstrated initiative, follow-through, and problem-solving ability to meet deadline-driven schedule
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and often ambiguous/fast-changing environment
- Team-oriented individual with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Energetic, enthusiastic and extremely organized
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional organization, multi-tasking, and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge and experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel required
- Experience with social media and email marketing tools and techniques
- Writing for customer presentations, blogs, web pages, eblasts, and other materials as needed
