Role: Senior Mobile Developer - iOS & Android Platforms with React

Location: Reno, NV (No travel, must relocate)

Role

• Work in an agile team environment in the design and execution of React Native capability
• Provide technical leadership and direction to colleagues and customers on various aspects of the IT environment.
• Adhere to established process and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Develops the front-end user interface code
• Follows engineering best practices; writes automated unit tests for code
• Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint
• Be able to design and deliver a new build pipeline - build, test and deploy
• Familiar with Design Systems approach
• Liaise between UI/UX and development team to help align on technical issues, needs, expectations and dependencies
• Take a lead role in the detailed design of the transformed Customer ecosystem from a technology, process, integration and data design perspective
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Standup, Retros, etc.)

Required

• 4 to 6 years building UX capability using JavaScript, HTML native iOS and Android
• 2+ years’ experience using React Native. Building a new App from the ground up with React Native is a plus (i.e., green field project)
• Demonstrate experience with Mobile App Architecture and App Security
• Proven experience putting in place an end-to-end pipeline (Agile and test-driven development)
• Proven test automation experience – specifically in-cycle automation
• Advocate of front-end development standards, design patterns, and best practices

Preferred

• Experience with continuous integration (Jenkins) and version control (Git)

• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Up to $65.00 per hour
