Title: Senior Network Security Engineer

Location: The Woodlands, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: Fulltime

Responsibilities:

• Gather network security requirements

• Configure/implement/upgrade Palo Alto/CheckPoint firewalls and VPN

• Configure Palo Alto/CheckPoint firewall policies

• Optimize firewall rules

• Configure dynamic protocols, to include RIP, OSPF, and BGP

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of experience configuring CheckPoint or Palo Alto firewalls

• Must have experience gathering security requirements and designing network security

• Must have experience defining and configuring firewall policies

• Must have experience optimizing firewall rules

• Must have experience configuring CheckPoint or Palo Alto VPN

• Must have experience configuring dynamic protocols RIP, OSPF, and BGP

• Must have excellent understanding of security architecture and integration

• Must be proficient in Visio diagramming and design documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
