Our E-commerce department are looking for an experienced Senior Fashion Merchandiser to join their team in our beautiful South Anne Street Office. Our Head Office is a hub of creativity, style and innovation. The team currently operates a flexible WFH plan to suit the department and teams. Working regularly from our open office space makes it easy to share ideas and be inspired whilst also offering flexible WFH days

We are looking for someone who can bring a strong commercial outlook to the Fashion team, as well as bringing new ideas to drive site trade through site optimization, campaign execution and product range. You will be responsible for maintaining and building on our fantastic relationships with all our brands as well as key internal teams including creative, buying, marketing, customer service & store.

  • Drive sales targets for their assigned fashion category, maintain and input into the commercial calendar to drive trade aligned with wider business and brand specific events
  • Responsible for increasing conversion for their category through the planning and execution of promotional calendar and site optimisation, aligning with internal teams and leading on key event/campaign execution.
  • Responsible for increasing overall AOV using different techniques including; cross-sell, upsell and product sorting.
  • Achieve deadlines in terms of product, brand & campaign launches through collaboration with various team
  • Analyse customer behaviour and sales, to better understand customer journeys and sales drivers, providing weekly reporting and insights to internal stakeholders and key brands
  • Assist in the planning and roll out of key initiatives and projects as part of the wider Commercial team and Digital Department
  • Improvement of customer experience through onsite journey, site planning and curated categories. Leveraging consumer trends, key category interests & insights on customer on-site behaviour
  • Drive the online strategy and roll out planning for the department with input from key internal teams: Buying, CRM, Marketing, Concessions and Acquisitions
  • Knowledge and solid understanding of acquisition channels and how they impact demand metrics for their category. Work closely with online marketing team to identify and utilize opportunities to ultimately increase revenue
  • Create insights on customer on-site behaviour and buying journeys, share findings with stakeholders to increase revenue specially ahead of key trading campaigns/event
  • Monitor the stock availability to the web, working with buying as well as concessions team to ensure depth and width of range is optimal to achieve sales targets
  • Identify areas of improvement and roll out processes to improve efficiencies and ways of working
  • The role reports into the Fashion Merchandise Manager and has one direct report

KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3 years minimum e-commerce experience with at least 1 year in a management and/or leading role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong knowledge of latest online technologies, industry and competitive landscape
  • Deep knowledge of online merchandising techniques
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to take initiative with a positive solution focused attitude
  • Ability to multitask and ensure flawless execution with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Commercially focused
  • Flexible
