Skills we are looking for:

• Experience shipping and iterating on well-designed software
• Experience using tools like Sketch, Invision, Framer.js, Figma, or even HTML/CSS to communicate designs and ideas with your team
• Proactively seek opportunities to deliver value for users
• Proficient at working with varying levels of fidelity ranging from user stories, sketches, wireframes, to pixel-perfect mockups
• Clear, articulate, thoughtful communicator with a talent for building consensus amid ambiguity
• The ability to address diverse user needs with simple, elegant solutionsInforms their work with diverse perspectives, research, data, and rapid experimentation
